We had a memorable stay at The New Yorker with its fantastic customer service and convenient location near major attractions. The spacious and clean rooms made for a comfortable retreat after exploring the city, but the bathrooms felt a bit cramped. The dining options were quite convenient, especially with the 24-hour diner right in the hotel. However, some minor inconveniences with key cards and road noise were notable during our visit.

My time at The New Yorker Hotel was truly remarkable. The staff were genuinely caring and went the extra mile to assist me throughout my extended stay. While I really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, I did encounter some surprise fees that were frustrating. Overall, the location and service made my experience memorable, but the unexpected charges put a slight damper on my perception of value.
